Current Sunday worship attendance averages 60-70. CRBC is located in Elgin, AL, an unincorporated town outside Rogersville, AL. Situated in beautiful Lauderdale County, the area is an outdoor paradise bordering the Tennessee River and home to Joe Wheeler State Park.Our church congregation is seeking a candidate who exhibits the following ministry priorities: (1) An effective communicator of well-prepared sermons, (2) A nurturing leader who grows personally and helps others grow, (3) A person who emphasizes discipleship and spiritual growth, (4) A person who emphasizes the importance of strong families, (5) A gifted teacher who enables persons to learn and understand deep spiritual truths, and (6) Embraces freedom of worship bound only by Gods word and not by tradition.
